The class will be divided into teams.  Your team will research the ethical / legal issues faced by the one of the following companies in the past year:

Your team will prepare a written memo (that will be posted on the class website to be used a study guide for your fellow students) that includes:

• description of the company’s business
• description of the issues raised in the press about the legal claims against the company (by government officials or others);
• statement of the most pertinent facts including a timeline of the most important events; and
• discussion about whether the company’s actions were unethical / illegal / both / or neither.

Your team will prepare a 15 minute oral presentation to the class, with 15 minutes for questions and answers from your classmates. Include a PowerPoint presentation.
