Is there an ethical issue regarding the use of "cookies" by a web site? Include in your response: 

1. Describe "cookie" technology, give at least 3 examples of how a cookie is used by a web site, and the challenges to the privacy of the user of the web browser. 

2. Discuss whether there is an ethical issue in the possible uses of cookies: 

a. Identify the ethically relevant facts .

b. Apply the principles of idealism and utilitarianism to the issue; are there different results? 

c. If you decided there is an issue, argue why your choice of conduct is best as an ethical decision.
