1. By August 2000:

    • what share of U.S. households had computers
    • what share of U.S. households had Internet access?
    • what share of U.S. households earning more than $50,000 have Internet access
    • what share of Black households had Internet access
    • what share of Hispanic households had Internet access
    • what share of persons with disabilities had Internet access
    • what share of persons with disabilities had never used a personal computer
    • who is most likely to use the Internet to look for a job?
  • 2. What are the general disabilities that lessen the likelihood that a person will use a personal computer?
