1. Define Kantianism, Rule Utilitarianism (being able to contrast with Act-Utilitarianism), universalism, relativism, normative ethics, and descriptive ethics.

2. Be able to illustrate your understanding of Kantianism and Rule-Utilitarianism by applying those philosophies to short ethical issues as well as a full ethical analysis.

3. Explain why a publicly traded company would want an ethics policy.

4. Be able to interpret and apply the ACM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

5. Be able to apply knowledge of First Amendment Rights to an ethical analysis.
